Three own cases are presented in order to discuss the clinical characteristics as well as the therapy of the Kaposi syndrome. This disease occurs very rarely. In its typical form it has to be classified as semi-malignant. Generally it takes an extended course over many years. In case of loco-regional tumors, radiotherapy is considered to be the method of choice. It should be performed in an extended-field technique allowing to reduce the recurrence rate and to achieve a better local tumor control. The total dose is individually determined between 25 and 40 Gy.
本文介绍了三例自身病例，以探讨卡波西肉瘤的临床特征及治疗方法。这种疾病非常罕见。其典型形式必须归类为半恶性。一般来说，病程会持续多年。对于局部区域性肿瘤，放射治疗被认为是首选方法。应采用扩大野技术进行放疗，以降低复发率并更好地控制局部肿瘤。总剂量根据个体情况在25至40戈瑞之间确定。
