Electron microscopic examination of lymphocytes after cryopreservation with PEO-400 used as a cryoprotectant has shown that changes in the cytoplasmic membrane structures are of reversible character after thawing. Programmed freezing with a period of temperature holding is beneficial for lymphocyte cryopreservation.
以聚乙二醇-400(PEO-400)作为冷冻保护剂对淋巴细胞进行冷冻保存后的电子显微镜检查表明,解冻后细胞质膜结构的变化具有可逆性。采用恒温期的程序冷冻法有利于淋巴细胞的冷冻保存。
