The examination of 55 healthy people and 107 patients operated upon in childhood for congenital heart failure with different initial degrees of lung hypertension was made on reaching by them the age of work capacity (I group-systolic pressure in the pulmonary artery up to 25 mm Hg, II group-26-50 mm Hg, III group--51-75 mm Hg). The physical work capacity of patients subjected to radical correction of the failure before the development of lung hypertension had no considerable difference with that of healthy people.
对55名健康人和107名童年时因先天性心力衰竭接受手术且肺高血压初始程度不同的患者进行了检查，这些患者达到了工作年龄（I组——肺动脉收缩压高达25毫米汞柱，II组——26 - 50毫米汞柱，III组——51 - 75毫米汞柱）。在肺高血压出现之前接受心力衰竭根治术的患者的体力工作能力与健康人相比没有显著差异。
