INTRODUCTION
The use of telehealth technology is a way to promote the health status of the community. The purpose of this study was to investigate staff and students' perceptions about using telehealth technology in a medical university.
METHODS
This was a qualitative study completed in 2020. The research participants were 26 university staff and students who took part in semi-structured interviews. To analyze the data, the thematic analysis method was used.
RESULTS
The findings of the present study included five themes, 20 subthemes and 58 categories. The main themes were the current status of providing healthcare services at the university, and the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of using telehealth technology for the university staff and students.
CONCLUSION
According to the results, there are many opportunities for using telehealth technology in the medical university. The experiences of other institutes can be used to implement the technology successfully.

使用远程医疗技术是促进社区健康状况的一种方式。本研究的目的是调查医学院校工作人员和学生对使用远程医疗技术的看法。
方法
这是 2020 年完成的一项定性研究。研究参与者为 26 名参与半结构式访谈的大学教职员工和学生。为了分析数据，采用了主题分析方法。
结果
本研究的结果包括五个主题、20 个子主题和 58 个类别。主要主题是大学目前提供医疗服务的现状，以及工作人员和学生使用远程医疗技术的优势、劣势、机会和威胁。
结论
根据研究结果，在医科大学使用远程医疗技术有很多机会。可以借鉴其他机构的经验来成功实施该技术。
