Abstract
A review is made of the methods of sampling, collecting, preserving and carrying materials to search directly (by microscopical, cultural or biological tests) the most common human parasites: protozoa, helminths and arthropods, with some references of indirect, specific (immunological) and aspecific (hematological, biochemical, immunochemical) procedures to search signs of parasitoses. The aim of this paper is to propose a standardization of these procedures for protozoa, helminth and arthropod infections.

本文综述了直接（通过显微镜检查、培养或生物学检测）查找人类最常见寄生虫（原生动物、蠕虫和节肢动物）的样本采集、收集、保存及送检方法，并提及了查找寄生虫病迹象的间接、特异性（免疫）和非特异性（血液学、生物化学、免疫化学）检测程序。本文旨在对原生动物、蠕虫和节肢动物感染的这些检测程序进行标准化。
