Abstract
We present a case of a coronary arteriovenous fistula between the left circumflex (LCX) and the atrium with LCX ectasia. Four months after surgical closure of the fistula, the patient experienced acute myocardial infarction caused by thrombosis in the LCX. Antiplatelet drugs were replaced with anticoagulant agents, and the patient was followed up without adverse events. ().

我们报告一例左旋支（LCX）与心房之间存在冠状动脉动静脉瘘并伴有LCX扩张的病例。在该瘘管手术闭合四个月后，患者发生了由LCX血栓形成导致的急性心肌梗死。抗血小板药物被换成了抗凝剂，对患者进行随访，未出现不良事件。（）
