Abstract

An 80-year-old woman with mitral valve repair failure was admitted with hemolytic anemia secondary to the impact of a regurgitant jet on the annuloplasty ring. Transcatheter repair to treat both mitral regurgitation and hemolysis was favored because of surgical risk. Transcatheter edge-to-edge repair represents an alternative for treating hemolysis associated with mitral regurgitation. ().

摘要

一名80岁二尖瓣修复失败的女性因反流束冲击瓣环成形环继发溶血性贫血入院。鉴于手术风险,采用经导管修复治疗二尖瓣反流和溶血更为可取。经导管缘对缘修复是治疗与二尖瓣反流相关溶血的一种替代方法。()
