[Polarographic determination of patulin].

The polarographic behaviour of the mycotoxin patulin is described with special reference to its analytical determination. The analysis of extracts is possible with the help of differential puls polarography and acetonitril as solvent. The analytical method needs a prepurification of the ethyl-acetate extracts like in the case of TLC analysis.
