Myocarditis is a rare complication of toxoplasmosis, especially in immunocompetent individuals. We present a case of a 28-year-old man with a history of fever and chest pain suggestive of myocarditis. Fever, along with lymphadenopathy, electrocardiography, imaging, and serologic testing, showed as the probable etiology. An excellent response to treatment confirmed the diagnosis.
心肌炎是弓形虫病的一种罕见并发症，尤其在免疫功能正常的个体中。我们报告一例28岁男性病例，有发热和胸痛病史，提示心肌炎。发热伴淋巴结病、心电图、影像学及血清学检查显示为可能病因。对治疗的良好反应证实了诊断。
