[Expert consensus on immunotherapy for tuberculosis (2022 edition)].

Patients with tuberculosis(TB) usually have abnormal immune function, and the host immunological status is closely related to the occurrence, development and outcome of TB. At present, the knowledge of immunotherapy of TB is obviously insufficient. In order to promote the application of new methods of TB immunotherapy in China and achieve the maximum possible gain of TB patients, the Chinese Society of Tuberculosis/Chinese Medical Association issued . This consensus described the immunological pathogenesis of TB, appropriate patients and goals of immunotherapy. Recommendations (reference evidence) on the application of immunotherapeutic preparations were put forward, with a description of the method of application, adverse reactions and precautions, so as to provide reference for clinical doctors for TB immunotherapy.
