Two cases of malignant lymphoma arising from the testis are presented. High inguinal orchiectomy was performed on a 72-year-old and a 79-year-old man. Histological findings were malignant lymphoma of the testis. One was large cell type and the other was mixed cell type in diffuse lymphoma according to the LSG classification. We reviewed 22 malignant lymphomas of the testis reported in Japan along with LSG classification.
本文报告了两例睾丸恶性淋巴瘤病例。对一名72岁和一名79岁男性进行了高位腹股沟睾丸切除术。组织学检查结果为睾丸恶性淋巴瘤。根据LSG分类，其中一例为弥漫性大细胞型淋巴瘤，另一例为弥漫性混合细胞型淋巴瘤。我们结合LSG分类对日本报告的22例睾丸恶性淋巴瘤进行了回顾。
