Abstract

OBJECTIVE

To investigate the effects of nutritious meal combined with online publicity and education on postoperative nutrition and psychological state in patients with low rectal cancer after colostomy.

METHODS

The clinic data of 88 patients with low rectal cancer who received the colostomy in our hospital (August 2020-August 2021) were retrospectively reviewed. Among them, 44 patients received nutritious meal combined with online publicity and education and they made up the study group, and the others were given conventional care and they made up the reference group. The nutrition indicators, scores of the World Health Organization Quality of Life (WHOQOL)-BREF, and other materials of the patients in the two groups were compared.

RESULTS

After intervention, the various nutrition indicators, immune indexes, and WHOQOL-BREF score of the study group were all prominently higher than those of the reference group ( < 0.001). Compared with the reference group, the study group after intervention achieved markedly lower self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score and self-rating depression scale (SDS) score ( < 0.001) and obviously lower total incidence of complications ( < 0.05).

CONCLUSION

Combining nutritious meal with online publicity and education can effectively improve the postoperative nutrition and immune function of the patients with low rectal cancer after colostomy, and this intervention contributes to releasing the patients' adverse emotions. Further study helps to provide these patients with favorable solutions.

摘要

目的

研究营养膳食联合线上宣传教育对直肠癌结肠造口术后患者营养状况及心理状态的影响。

方法

回顾性分析我院 2020 年 8 月至 2021 年 8 月收治的 88 例直肠癌患者的临床资料,所有患者均接受结肠造口术,根据护理方式不同分为研究组(n=44)和对照组(n=44)。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予营养膳食联合线上宣传教育。比较两组患者营养指标、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)评分及其他资料。

结果

干预后,研究组患者各项营养指标、免疫指标、WHOQOL-BREF 评分均明显高于对照组( < 0.001)。与对照组相比,研究组干预后患者的焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分和抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分明显降低( < 0.001),并发症总发生率明显降低( < 0.05)。

结论

营养膳食联合线上宣传教育能有效改善直肠癌结肠造口术后患者的营养状况和免疫功能,缓解患者的不良情绪。
