Abstract

A method has been developed for the preparation of 2-alkyl-6-aryl-, 2-aryl-6-aryl and 2,6-diaryl-5-aryl/hetaryl-substituted methyl 4-oxo-1,4-dihydropyridine-3-carboxylates by Mo(CO)-mediated ring expansion of methyl 2-(isoxazol-5-yl)-3-oxopropanoates. The high reactivity of 4-oxo-1,4-dihydropyridine-3-carboxylates synthesized provide easy access to 2,4,6-triaryl-substituted and 1,2,5,6-tetrasubstituted nicotinates.

已开发出一种通过2-(异恶唑-5-基)-3-氧代丙酸甲酯的钼(羰基)介导的扩环反应制备2-烷基-6-芳基、2-芳基-6-芳基和2,6-二芳基-5-芳基/杂芳基取代的4-氧代-1,4-二氢吡啶-3-羧酸甲酯的方法。所合成的4-氧代-1,4-二氢吡啶-3-羧酸甲酯的高反应活性使得能够轻松获得2,4,6-三芳基取代和1,2,5,6-四取代的烟酸酯。
