In anesthetized cats, perfusion of the small intestine, m. gastrocnemius or hindlimb with solutions simulating metabolic acidosis produced a reflex enhancement of breathing proportional to the acidosis degree; this enhancement was mainly due to increases of the tidal volume rather than of respiratory rate. Similar data were obtained when ischemia developed in the above organs.
在麻醉猫身上,用模拟代谢性酸中毒的溶液灌注小肠、腓肠肌或后肢,会产生与酸中毒程度成比例的呼吸反射增强;这种增强主要是由于潮气量增加而非呼吸频率增加所致。当上述器官发生缺血时,也获得了类似的数据。
