Abstract

Two layered galloborates (GBOs), NaGaBO (1) and NaGa[BO(OH)]·2B(OH) (2), have been solvothermally made. 1 exhibits an unprecedented layer built by GaO tetrahedra and BO clusters. 2 was made by raising the ratio of B/Ga and the reaction temperature of 1, featuring a 2D acentric layer built by GaO groups and BO(OH) clusters. 2 shows the highest second-harmonic generation (SHG) response of 4.6 times that of KDP (KHPO) among main group metal borates (MBOs).

通过溶剂热法制备了两种层状硼镓酸盐(GBO),即NaGaBO₃(1)和NaGa[BO(OH)₄]·2B(OH)₃(2)。1呈现出由GaO四面体和BO簇构建的前所未有的层结构。2是通过提高B/Ga比例和1的反应温度制备的,其特征是由GaO基团和BO(OH)簇构建的二维非中心对称层。在主族金属硼酸盐(MBO)中,2表现出最高的二次谐波产生(SHG)响应,是磷酸二氢钾(KH₂PO₄)的4.6倍。
