Acylethynylpyrroles undergo facile (rt, MeCN or MeOH, 24-72 h) catalyst-free annulation with 1-pyrrolines to afford acylmethylenetetrahydrodipyrrolo[1,2-:1',2'-]imidazoles in up to 93% yield and 90% -stereoselectivity of the olefin moiety.
酰基乙炔基吡咯与1-吡咯啉在无催化剂条件下(室温,乙腈或甲醇,24 - 72小时)能顺利发生环化反应,生成酰基亚甲基四氢二吡咯并[1,2-:1',2'-]咪唑,产率高达93%,烯烃部分的立体选择性为90%。
