We report a case of an asymptomatic pelvic mass that was found during examination for a left ureteral stone. After stone management preoperative computerized tomography demonstrated a 6 by 6 cm. midline pelvic mass posterior to the bladder. Lumbar angiography was normal. A liver/spleen scan and splenic angiography were not performed. At exploration the mass was found to be an accessory pelvic spleen. The embryology, presentation, diagnosis and treatment are discussed.
我们报告一例在检查左侧输尿管结石时发现的无症状盆腔肿块病例。结石处理后，术前计算机断层扫描显示膀胱后方有一个6×6厘米的中线盆腔肿块。腰椎血管造影正常。未进行肝脏/脾脏扫描和脾血管造影。手术探查时发现该肿块为副盆腔脾。文中讨论了其胚胎学、表现、诊断及治疗。
