To investigate the effect of incentive nursing on the rehabilitation of patients with endometrial cancer after laparoscopic hysterectomy.
A total of 110 patients with endometrial cancer receiving laparoscopic hysterectomy in our hospital from October 2017 to July 2020 were recruited and assigned at a ratio of 1 : 1 to receive either routine nursing (control group) or incentive nursing plus routine care (study group). Outcome measures included the self-rating anxiety scale (SAS) score, Hamilton depression scale (HAMD) score, the exercise of self-care agency (ESCA) score, postoperative rehabilitation outcomes, the incidence of nursing complications, and nursing satisfaction.
Patients receiving incentive nursing showed significantly lower SAS scores and HAMD scores, and a higher ESCA score versus patients given routine care alone ( < 0.05). Incentive care resulted in a shorter length of hospital stay and postoperative time of out-of-bed activities and exercises versus routine care ( < 0.05). Incentive care was associated with a significantly lower incidence of nursing complications and higher nursing satisfaction versus routine nursing ( < 0.05).
Incentive nursing can effectively improve the ESCA level of patients, promote postoperative recovery, and reduce the incidence of complications, so it is worthy of clinical promotion.
探讨激励护理对子宫内膜癌患者腹腔镜子宫切除术后康复的影响。
选取2017年10月至2020年7月在我院接受腹腔镜子宫切除术的110例子宫内膜癌患者，按1∶1比例分为两组，分别接受常规护理（对照组）和激励护理加常规护理（研究组）。观察指标包括自评焦虑量表（SAS）评分、汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评分、自我护理能力测定量表（ESCA）评分、术后康复情况、护理并发症发生率及护理满意度。
与单纯接受常规护理的患者相比，接受激励护理的患者SAS评分和HAMD评分显著更低，ESCA评分更高（P<0.05）。与常规护理相比，激励护理使患者住院时间及术后下床活动和锻炼时间更短（P<0.05）。与常规护理相比，激励护理的护理并发症发生率显著更低，护理满意度更高（P<0.05）。
激励护理可有效提高患者的ESCA水平，促进术后康复，降低并发症发生率，值得临床推广。
