To investigate the influencing factors of pneumonia when pediatric leukemia patients are hospitalized and propose coping strategies.
A retrospective study and analysis of the inpatient medical records of 183 children with leukemia in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2020. A total of 93 cases were in the case group of children with pneumonia, and the rest were 90 cases in the control group. Case data from two groups of children were compared, and the monofactor analysis of pneumonia occurred. The < 0.05 was selected for its multivariate logistic regression analysis, and its coping strategy was proposed.
After multivariate logistic retrospective analysis, it was found that the main influencing factors were neutrophils, white blood cells, vitamin D, and cellular immunity ( < 0.05). A review of the two sets of pathological data found that high doses of cytarabine reduced the incidence of pneumonia in children with leukemia ( < 0.05).
A timely understanding of the influencing factors of pediatric diabetes mellitus and pneumonia and the early application of cytarabine can reduce the incidence of pneumonia during the child's hospitalization.
探讨小儿白血病患儿住院期间发生肺炎的影响因素,并提出应对策略。
回顾性分析我院 2017 年 8 月至 2020 年 8 月收治的 183 例白血病患儿的住院病历,其中肺炎患儿 93 例为病例组,其余 90 例为对照组。比较两组患儿的病例资料,进行肺炎发生的单因素分析,选择 < 0.05 为其进行多因素 logistic 回归分析,并提出应对策略。
经多因素 logistic 回顾性分析,发现中性粒细胞、白细胞、维生素 D、细胞免疫是主要影响因素( < 0.05)。两组病理资料回顾发现,大剂量阿糖胞苷降低了小儿白血病患儿肺炎的发生率( < 0.05)。
及时了解小儿肺炎的影响因素和肺炎的发生,并早期应用阿糖胞苷,可降低患儿住院期间肺炎的发生率。
