BACKGROUND
Congenital B-cell Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is a rare malignancy.
CHARACTERISTICS
A newborn infant presented with purpuric spots and ecchymotic patches, blueberry muffin rash, depressed neonatal reflexes, respiratory distress and hepatosplenomegaly. Peripheral smear revealed atypical blast cells. Serum ELISA was positive for Rubella IgM and IgG antibodies. Flow cytometry suggested congenital B-cell ALL.
OUTCOME
The baby died after 3 days due to suspected intracranial hemorrhage.
MESSAGE
Congenital leukemia may be rarely associated with congenital rubella infection.

先天性B细胞急性淋巴细胞白血病（ALL）是一种罕见的恶性肿瘤。
特征
一名新生儿出现紫癜斑点和瘀斑、蓝莓松饼样皮疹、新生儿反射减弱、呼吸窘迫和肝脾肿大。外周血涂片显示非典型原始细胞。血清ELISA检测风疹IgM和IgG抗体呈阳性。流式细胞术提示先天性B细胞ALL。
结果
婴儿在3天后因疑似颅内出血死亡。
启示
先天性白血病可能很少与先天性风疹感染有关。
