The article describes results of an analysis of observations of 66 patients with the syndrome of acute intestinal ileus. In obscure cases transillumination angiotensometry was used in order to establish the viability of the small intestine. The method was shown to be highly informative in determining the viability of the strangulated intestine. No complications resulting from insufficient information of the visual angiotensometry were noted.
本文描述了对66例急性肠梗阻综合征患者的观察分析结果。在疑难病例中，采用透照血管张力测定法来确定小肠的活力。结果表明，该方法在判定绞窄性肠管的活力方面具有很高的信息量。未发现因视觉血管张力测定信息不足而导致的并发症。
