Under examination and treatment there were 154 patients with lumbar osteochondrosis. In diagnosing the diseases contrast methods were used: pneumomyelography in 70 patients, peridurography in 114 patients, discography in 30 patients. Surgical treatment was used in 105 patients. An analysis has shown the contrast methods of x-ray examination in hernias of lumbar disks to establish more exact levels of localization of the process which facilitates determination of a rational operative access. Discography was shown to be the most valuable and reliable method of diagnosis of the disease.
接受检查和治疗的有154例腰椎骨软骨病患者。在疾病诊断中采用了造影方法：70例患者进行了脊髓造影，114例患者进行了硬脊膜外造影，30例患者进行了椎间盘造影。105例患者接受了手术治疗。分析表明，腰椎间盘突出症的X线造影检查方法能更准确地确定病变的定位水平，有助于确定合理的手术入路。椎间盘造影被证明是诊断该病最有价值和最可靠的方法。
