The initial phase and the termination phase (8 sessions each) of a psychoanalysis are compared according to changes of emotional insight. Aspects of emotional insight are investigated using contentanalytic rating scales which allow to determine the integration of emotional and cognitive aspects of experiencing. There are significant differences of insight between initial phase and termination phase. Regarding the mean scores of single sessions, we observed in the course of the initial phase a decrease of insight and of the emotional access to experiencing, that is in contrast to the changes described before. A systematic clinical description can explain the contentanalytic results. Obviously the psychoanalytic process is influenced by a complex interaction of different factors.
根据情感洞察的变化，对精神分析的初始阶段和终止阶段（各8次疗程）进行了比较。使用内容分析评级量表对情感洞察的各个方面进行了研究，该量表能够确定体验中情感和认知方面的整合情况。初始阶段和终止阶段在洞察方面存在显著差异。关于单次疗程的平均得分，我们在初始阶段观察到洞察以及对体验的情感通达性有所下降，这与之前描述的变化相反。系统的临床描述可以解释内容分析的结果。显然，精神分析过程受到不同因素复杂相互作用的影响。
