Abstract

The complete mitogenome of Dupuis, 1960 was determined in this study. It is 15,185 bp in length, consisting of 13 protein-coding genes (PCG), 22 transfer RNA genes, two ribosomal RNA genes and one non-coding control region. The A + T content of the mitogenome is 78.5%. A maximum-likelihood phylogenetic tree built on 13 PCGs of 15 tachinid species indicated that is clustered with other members of the subfamily Phasiinae as conventional taxonomy predicted.

本研究测定了1960年杜普伊的完整线粒体基因组。其长度为15185 bp,由13个蛋白质编码基因(PCG)、22个转运RNA基因、两个核糖体RNA基因和一个非编码控制区组成。线粒体基因组的A+T含量为78.5%。基于15种寄蝇科物种的13个PCG构建的最大似然系统发育树表明,正如传统分类学所预测的那样,它与追寄蝇亚科的其他成员聚类在一起。
