Abstract
The patient was a 25-year-old man presented with cutaneous dirt-adherent disease with a past medical history of schizophrenia. Both the patient and his mother had Darier's disease, genetic screening revealed that the patient carried a heterozygous frameshift mutation in gene, which was inherited from his mother. Cutis verticis gyrata was also found in the patient.

该患者为一名25岁男性，患有皮肤污垢黏附病，有精神分裂症病史。患者及其母亲均患有毛囊角化病，基因筛查显示患者携带一个基因的杂合移码突变，该突变遗传自其母亲。患者还发现有回旋状头皮。
