The paper introduces professor -'s theoretic ideas and experience in treatment of vertigo. Professor believes that this disease is closely related to the blockage of movement in the middle , opening-closing disarrangement in the pivot, "gate" obstruction, malnutrition of brain orifice and decreased blood flow in the nape. Based on the holistic idea of movement in traditional Chinese medicine and the circulatory theory of western medicine, the characteristics of the specific acupuncture therapy for "regulating the middle , opening gate and relaxing tendon" are summarized. Using the layered needling technique at Zhongwan (CV 12) and "gate points" in the neck region, the tendon-bone needling technique with modified "dark tortoise seeking hole" at local tendon blockage points, vertigo is cured through regulating in the middle , opening gate and nourishing marrow, relaxing tendon and harmonizing the mind.
本文介绍了教授治疗眩晕的理论思想和经验。教授认为，本病与中焦气机阻滞、枢机开合失常、“门”窍阻塞、脑窍失养、项部血流不畅密切相关。基于中医气机整体观念和西医循环理论，总结了“调中、开阖、舒筋”特定针刺疗法的特点。采用中脘（CV 12）和颈部“门穴”分层针刺技术，在局部肌腱阻滞点采用改良“暗龟寻穴”肌腱骨针刺技术，通过调中、开阖、养髓、舒筋、安神来治愈眩晕。
