For biotechnology applications, a novel nanobiocomposite was synthesized based on modification of graphene oxide (GO) by extracted silk fibroin (SF), natural polymer pectin (Pec) and zinc chromite (ZnCrO) nanoparticles (NPs). The structure and properties of hybrid nanobiocomposite GO-Pec/SF/ZnCrO such as thermal stability, less toxicity, biocompatibility, antibacterial, and biodegradable were proved by using field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), Fourier-transformed infrared (FT-IR), Energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), and X-Ray diffraction (XRD). According to the biological features of substances, the GO-Pec/SF/ZnCrO nanobiocomposite shows perfect results in MTT (83.71 %) and Hemolysis (16.52 %) assays. accordingly, mentioned properties of this nanobiocomposite can be used as a scaffold for medical applications.
对于生物技术应用,通过提取丝素蛋白(SF)、天然聚合物果胶(Pec)和锌铬氧化物(ZnCrO)纳米粒子(NPs)对氧化石墨烯(GO)进行修饰,合成了一种新型纳米生物复合材料。通过使用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)、傅里叶变换红外(FT-IR)、能谱(EDS)、热重分析(TGA)和 X 射线衍射(XRD),证明了杂化纳米生物复合材料 GO-Pec/SF/ZnCrO 的结构和性能,如热稳定性、低毒性、生物相容性、抗菌性和可生物降解性。根据物质的生物特性,GO-Pec/SF/ZnCrO 纳米生物复合材料在 MTT(83.71%)和溶血(16.52%)试验中显示出完美的结果。因此,这种纳米生物复合材料的上述特性可被用作医学应用的支架。
