To explore and analyze the application effect of external and internal elevation of the maxillary sinus in implant restoration of the posterior maxilla.
A total of 84 patients undergoing implant restoration of the posterior maxilla in the hospital were enrolled between January 2019 and March 2021. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the observation group ( = 42) and the control group ( = 42). The control group underwent external elevation of the maxillary sinus, while the observation group underwent internal elevation of the maxillary sinus. At 6 h, 12 h, and 24 h after surgery, the pain degree between the two groups was compared. All were followed up at 6 months after surgery. The osseointegration (bone resorption around implants, elevation height of maxillary sinus floor, average healing time) and soft tissues (bleeding index, plaque index, probing depth) in both groups were observed. The occurrence of postoperative complications was recorded.
At 6 h, 12 h, and 24 h after surgery, VAS scores in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( < 0.05). At 6 months after surgery, bone resorption and elevation height of the maxillary sinus floor in the observation group were significantly higher than those i.0.0n the control group, and the average healing time was significantly shorter than that in the control group ( < 0.05). The bleeding index, plaque index, and probing depth in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of postoperative complications between the observation group and the control group (9.52% vs. 19.05%) ( > 0.05).
The application effect of internal elevation of the maxillary sinus is good in implant restoration of the posterior maxilla, which can relieve pain and swelling and improve implant effect.
探讨并分析上颌窦内外提升术在磨牙区种植修复中的应用效果。
选取2019年1月至2021年3月在本院行磨牙区种植修复的患者84例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n = 42)和对照组(n = 42)。对照组采用上颌窦外提升术,观察组采用上颌窦内提升术。术后6 h、12 h、24 h比较两组疼痛程度;术后6个月随访,观察两组种植体骨结合情况(种植体周围骨吸收、上颌窦底提升高度、平均愈合时间)及软组织情况(出血指数、菌斑指数、探诊深度),记录术后并发症发生情况。
术后6 h、12 h、24 h,观察组视觉模拟评分(VAS)均显著低于对照组(P < 0.05)。术后6个月,观察组种植体周围骨吸收及上颌窦底提升高度均显著高于对照组,平均愈合时间显著短于对照组(P < 0.05)。观察组出血指数、菌斑指数、探诊深度均显著低于对照组(P < 0.05)。观察组与对照组术后并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(9.52%比19.05%)(P > 0.05)。
上颌窦内提升术应用于磨牙区种植修复效果良好,可减轻患者疼痛肿胀,提高种植效果。
