Transureteroureterostomy in 12 consecutive cases is reviewed. Our technique of the operation (with retroperitoneal approach) is described. Stenosis of the recipient ureter or other complications did not develop in any of our cases. Based on our experience we continue to regard this procedure as an excellent means of urinary diversion for patients with unilateral lower ureteral lesions.
回顾了连续12例输尿管输尿管吻合术的病例。描述了我们的手术技术（采用腹膜后入路）。在我们的任何病例中均未出现受者输尿管狭窄或其他并发症。基于我们的经验，我们继续认为该手术是治疗单侧下段输尿管病变患者的一种极好的尿液改道方法。
