Combined operations for spreaded forms of lung cancer were performed in 59 of 841 patients which made up 7%. Postoperative complications following the combined interventions were observed in 35.6% of the cases. Lethality was 10.7%. Five year survival in patients without metastases to regional lymphatic nodes after the combined operations was 27.8%.
841例患者中有59例（占7%）接受了针对扩散型肺癌的联合手术。联合干预后的术后并发症发生率为35.6%。死亡率为10.7%。联合手术后区域淋巴结无转移患者的五年生存率为27.8%。
