Abstract
The Molteno implant is a well recognised method of treating end-stage secondary glaucoma. Several variations of the technique have been described in the literature, but few reports of long-term studies have been published. This paper reports the results of a series of patients followed for two to six years. Indications for the procedure and results are put forward.
