Concentration of 2,3-DPC was decreased in erythrocytes and the plasma erythropoietic activity was reduced in rats in hyperoxia as well as in rats with the post-transfusional and posthypoxic polycythemia. The data obtained suggest changes of both the oxygen transport properties of the blood and the erythropoiesis in order to limit the oxygen supply of tissues under conditions of excessive oxygen in the organism.
在高氧环境下的大鼠以及输血后和低氧后红细胞增多症大鼠中,红细胞内2,3 -二磷酸甘油酸(2,3-DPC)浓度降低,血浆促红细胞生成活性降低。所获得的数据表明,血液的氧运输特性和红细胞生成均发生了变化,以便在机体氧气过多的情况下限制组织的氧气供应。
