LIFESTEPS: Weight Management Program.

Obesity continues to be a major problem for many adult Americans. LIFESTEPS: Weight Management, a nutrition education program for adults developed by the National Dairy Council, was designed to help meet the need for effective programmming in the area of obesity. Based on principles of behavior modification and adult learning, the program is described and key features are discussed.
