Abstract

We report a rare case of persistent patent arterial duct (PDA) in the combination of diverticulum of Kommerell, aberrant left subclavian artery, and total anomalous pulmonary venous connection (TAPVC). Surgical correction of the defect was done by ligating and dividing the PDA and correcting the TAPVC. ().
