Ablation has become an important and effective treatment for liver malignancies. The application of this technology is becoming more and more extensive, and more details about the related complications are collected in which the consequences of infection after ablation are serious. Therefore, it is necessary to manage the perioperative period of the population who with risk factors of infection well and especially the rational use of antibiotics. In view of the current situation, we organized domestic experts to discuss and draw up the "Expert Consensus on the Application and Management of Antibiotics in Liver Tumor Ablation".
消融术已成为治疗肝脏恶性肿瘤的一种重要且有效的方法。这项技术的应用越来越广泛，并且收集到了更多关于相关并发症的细节，其中消融术后感染的后果较为严重。因此，有必要妥善管理具有感染风险因素人群的围手术期，尤其是合理使用抗生素。鉴于当前形势，我们组织国内专家进行讨论并制定了《肝脏肿瘤消融术抗生素应用与管理专家共识》。
