I am 58 years old and told my doctor I wanted to start an exercise program. I have never had any chest pain, but she told me I should have an exercise test because I have hypertension and diabetes. I felt fine during the test, but after four minutes they stopped me and told me my results were very abnormal. They said my EKG showed 3 mm of change. Two days later, I had a coronary angiogram, and two days after that I had bypass surgery!
