In the title compound, CHFN, the five-fused-ring system is highly puckered and the dihedral angle between the central pyridine ring and pendant di-fluoro-benzene ring is 45.12 (12)°. In the crystal, inversion dimers linked by pairwise weak C-H⋯N hydrogen bonds generate (12) loops and the dimers are further linked by weak C-H⋯F inter-actions to form [01] chains.
