Facilitating change. Choosing the appropriate strategy.

The accelerated pace of change demands that managers develop skill in the effectiveness and efficiency with which they accomplish change. Crucial to facilitating change is selecting a strategy that is likely to produce the desired change with minimal time and resistance. This article describes a method of selecting a potentially successful strategy using a combination of two factors: change target and level of change willingness and ability.
