-alkenes are ubiquitous in biological molecules, which makes it greatly significant to develop efficient methods toward construction of -olefins. Herein, we reported a facile semi-hydrogenation of alkynes to -alkenes in an efficient way with cuprous bromide/tributylphosphine as the catalyst and bis(pinacolato)diboron/methanol as the hydrogen donor. The method features convenient and facile reaction conditions, wide substrate scope, high yields, and high stereoselectivity.
-烯烃在生物分子中普遍存在,因此开发有效的方法来构建 -烯烃具有重要意义。在此,我们报道了一种使用溴化亚铜/三丁基膦作为催化剂和联硼酸频哪醇酯/甲醇作为氢供体,高效地将炔烃半氢化得到 -烯烃的简便方法。该方法具有反应条件方便、底物范围广、产率高和立体选择性高的特点。
