Abstract

A simple protocol of metal-free C-H trifluoromethylation of hydrazones electrolysis was developed. This environment-friendly transformation showed high efficiency, good tolerance, and scaled-up functionalization, providing the desired products in moderate to good yields. At the same time, a high yield can be obtained for the substrates either bearing an electron-donating group or an electron-withdrawing group by using different trifluoromethyl reagents. In addition, the radical mechanism was confirmed by the control experiment.

开发了一种简单的腙的无金属C-H三氟甲基化电解协议。这种环境友好的转化表现出高效率、良好的耐受性和放大功能化,以中等至良好的产率提供所需产物。同时,通过使用不同的三氟甲基试剂,带有供电子基团或吸电子基团的底物都能获得高产率。此外,通过对照实验证实了自由基机理。
