The first direct -heterocyclic carbene (NHC)-catalyzed preparation of allylic amines bearing a quaternary center (α-tertiary amine) from isatin-derived ketimines in the presence of vinyl selenones and aldehydes is reported. This multicomponent reaction is expected to proceed via unprecedented in situ reduction of imines through a hydride transfer from the aldehydes.
报道了首例在乙烯基硒酮和醛存在下,由异吲哚酮衍生的酮亚胺通过直接的氮杂环卡宾(NHC)催化制备含有季碳中心(α-叔胺)的烯丙基胺。该多组分反应预计通过醛的氢化物转移对亚胺进行前所未有的原位还原而进行。
