A new naphthoquinone, patulumnaphthoquinone A () and three new glycosides, patulumside B (), patulumside C () and patulumside D () were isolated from the 30% ethanol extract of the fresh ripe fruits of Thunb. using column chromatography techniques. The structures of these compounds including absolute configurations were elucidated on the basis of HRESIMS, NMR spectroscopic analyses, calculated electronic circular dichroism spectra and comparison with the literatures.
从新鲜成熟的 Thunb. 果实的 30%乙醇提取物中，采用柱层析技术分离得到一种新的萘醌，即巴图鲁萘醌 A () 和三种新的糖苷，巴图鲁昔 B (), 巴图鲁昔 C () 和巴图鲁昔 D ()。根据高分辨质谱、核磁共振波谱分析、计算电子圆二色光谱和文献比较，确定了这些化合物的结构，包括绝对构型。
