Endoscopic sphincterotomy in the management of biliary-cutaneous fistula.

Endoscopic sphincterotomy was performed on two patients who had biliary-cutaneous fistula after cholecystectomy. The outcome was favorable. The author recommends this procedure as a desirable alternative to laparotomy with secondary biliary surgery.
