Hemorrhagic complications of hemodialysis have been recognized and described in many viscera and anatomic locations. In addition, hepatobiliary pathology is a frequent finding in hemodialysis patients. An adult male is reported as the first case of spontaneous intracholecystic hemorrhage treated by urgent cholecystectomy.
