The aim of this study was to explore the association between serum lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A (Lp-PLA) level and acute coronary syndrome (ACS), and to analyse the correlations of Lp-PLA concentration with high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) level, body mass index (BMI), triglyceride (TG), troponin I (TNI), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) levels, and severity of coronary artery disease.
A total of 75 patients were divided into an unstable angina (UA) group ( = 54) and an acute myocardial infarction (AMI) group ( = 21). Another 72 subjects with normal coronary angiography results were selected as a control group. The levels of hs-CRP, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C and TNI were determined. Serum Lp-PLA concentration was measured by enhanced immunoturbidimetry. The Gensini score was obtained based on coronary angiography results.
The serum Lp-PLA concentration significantly increased in the AMI and UA groups compared with that of the control group ( < 0.05). Compared with the UA group, the AMI group had significantly increased levels of hs-CRP and TNI and higher Gensini score ( < 0.05). The UA group had increased levels of hs-CRP and higher Gensini score compared with those of the control group ( < 0.05), while the two groups had similar TNI levels ( > 0.05). Using serum Lp-PLA concentration as the dependent variable, and hs-CRP, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C, TNI and Gensini score as independent variables, the analysis results showed that Lp-PLA concentration was positively correlated with BMI and hs-CRP, LDL-C and TNI levels.
There was a positive correlation between Lp-PLA concentration and LDL-C level, therefore plasma LDL-C level should be controlled to prevent ACS.
本研究旨在探讨血清脂蛋白相关磷脂酶 A(Lp-PLA)水平与急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)的关系,并分析 Lp-PLA 浓度与高敏 C 反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平、体重指数(BMI)、甘油三酯(TG)、肌钙蛋白 I(TNI)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平以及冠状动脉疾病严重程度的相关性。
共 75 例患者分为不稳定型心绞痛(UA)组(n=54)和急性心肌梗死(AMI)组(n=21)。另选择 72 例冠状动脉造影结果正常的患者作为对照组。测定 hs-CRP、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C 和 TNI 水平。采用增强免疫比浊法测定血清 Lp-PLA 浓度。根据冠状动脉造影结果获得 Gensini 评分。
AMI 和 UA 组血清 Lp-PLA 浓度明显高于对照组(<0.05)。与 UA 组相比,AMI 组 hs-CRP 和 TNI 水平较高,Gensini 评分较高(<0.05)。UA 组 hs-CRP 水平较高,Gensini 评分较高,与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(<0.05),而两组 TNI 水平相似(>0.05)。以血清 Lp-PLA 浓度为因变量,以 hs-CRP、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、TNI 和 Gensini 评分为自变量进行分析,结果表明 Lp-PLA 浓度与 BMI 及 hs-CRP、LDL-C 和 TNI 水平呈正相关。
Lp-PLA 浓度与 LDL-C 水平呈正相关,因此应控制血浆 LDL-C 水平以预防 ACS。
