Abstract

The preparative separation of saikosaponins a, c, and d from Bupleurum falcatum was performed by high-performance liquid chromatography on a 100 X 11 cm I.D. axially compressed column, packed with 20-micron ODS silica gel using a step gradient with mixtures of acetonitrile and water as the mobile phase. Gram quantities of pure compounds were obtained in a single run.

采用高效液相色谱法,在一根内径为100×11厘米的轴向压缩柱上,以20微米的十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以乙腈和水的混合物为流动相进行梯度洗脱,从柴胡中制备分离柴胡皂苷a、c和d。单次运行即可获得克级量的纯化合物。
