Lymphoma involving the esophagus is rare. We describe FDG PET/CT findings in a case of extranodal NK/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type involving the larynx, hypopharynx, and cervical and upper thoracic esophagus. The esophageal tumor showed segmentally increased FDG uptake mimicking esophagitis. This case indicates that esophageal lymphoma should be included in the differential diagnosis of the hypermetabolic esophageal diseases.
累及食管的淋巴瘤较为罕见。我们描述了1例结外NK/T细胞淋巴瘤（鼻型）累及喉、下咽、颈段及胸段上段食管的FDG PET/CT表现。食管肿瘤表现为节段性FDG摄取增加，类似食管炎。该病例提示食管淋巴瘤应纳入高代谢性食管疾病的鉴别诊断。
