Extranodal nasal-type natural killer/T-cell lymphoma may arise anywhere outside the lymph nodes, predominantly including the nasal cavity, nasopharynx, oropharynx, upper respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract, skin, testes, and salivary glands, whereas primary tumor arising in muscle is rarely documented. We report FDG PET/CT findings of primary extranodal nasal-type natural killer/T-cell lymphoma in the muscles of the right lower limb in an 82-year-old man.
结外鼻型自然杀伤/T细胞淋巴瘤可发生于淋巴结以外的任何部位，主要包括鼻腔、鼻咽、口咽、上呼吸道、胃肠道、皮肤、睾丸和唾液腺，而原发于肌肉的肿瘤鲜有报道。我们报告了一名82岁男性右下肢肌肉原发性结外鼻型自然杀伤/T细胞淋巴瘤的FDG PET/CT表现。
