Abstract

Antitumor necrosis factor therapies have shown to produce a broad range of cutaneous eruptions. We report the case of a patient under adalimumab biosimilar treatment for a punctate inner choroidopathy who developed a cutaneous eruption on sun-exposed areas that showed a diffuse dermal neutrophilic infiltrate consistent with a Sweet-like neutrophilic dermatosis and some features of autoimmunity.

抗肿瘤坏死因子治疗已显示出可产生广泛的皮肤疹。我们报告了一例接受阿达木单抗生物类似药治疗点状内层脉络膜病变的患者，该患者在暴露于阳光的部位出现了皮肤疹，表现为弥漫性真皮中性粒细胞浸润，符合斯威特样中性粒细胞皮肤病和一些自身免疫的特征。
