Abstract

In this study, four new species of were proposed based on morphological and molecular characters. In morphology, sp. nov. was distinguished to related taxa by its unique square to diamond-shaped urediniospores; sp. nov. differed from and because of teliospores with fewer cells and shorter pedicels; urediniospores of sp. nov. were bigger than ; and sp. nov. produced bigger urediniospores than . The phylogenetic analyses based on the combination of two loci (ITS and LSU) also supported our morphological conclusion. In the meantime, three previously known species were also described herein.

在本研究中,基于形态学和分子特征提出了四个新物种。在形态学上,新物种1通过其独特的方形至菱形夏孢子与相关类群相区分;新物种2由于冬孢子细胞较少且柄较短而与物种3和物种4不同;新物种3的夏孢子比物种5大;新物种4产生的夏孢子比物种6大。基于两个基因座(ITS和LSU)组合的系统发育分析也支持了我们的形态学结论。同时,本文还描述了三个先前已知的物种。
